Your account privacy

This service is operated by Tyler for TyFlicks. It checks your Discord identity, Discord server membership, Plex identity, and access to the TyFlicks Plex server.

We store the linked Discord and Plex account IDs and verification time so one Plex account cannot grant roles to multiple Discord accounts. Login tokens are used only during verification and are not saved. Temporary sign-in sessions expire after 15 minutes.

If you opt into title alerts, we also store your selected titles, notification preferences, request IDs and seen episode IDs to avoid duplicate DMs. Seerr alerts match only requests made by your linked Plex account. Use /following, /unfollow and /request-alerts in Discord to manage these preferences. No one is opted in automatically.

No passwords, Discord message history, or Plex viewing history are collected. Plex and Discord handle their own sign-in pages; Cloudflare provides this site’s HTTPS connection. Contact Tyler in Discord to remove your saved link. The Plex Member role is granted at verification; Plex access remains managed separately.
